How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive a text message from OWND! confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
After I place an order if I want to cancel my Order, how can I do it?
Once you have placed an order, the details of your order populates in your ‘My Account’. You can cancel the order upto 30 mins of placing the order. Once this duration lapses , the cancellation button will go off. In case you want to cancel the order and the cancel option is inactive, please drop a cancellation request on mail ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com with order details and the product you want to cancel, and we’ll do it for you. Alternatively, you may choose not to accept the order while delivery and we will refund the amount to you to source for Prepaid Orders .
I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?
No. Once the order is placed, you wouldn’t be able to add more items in it. You can place another order for the items missed out though.
My account has been debited but order not confirmed, what should I do ?
We ensure that an Order is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn't have been received by us yet. Please wait for 24 hours to check if the order has been confirmed or if the amount is credited back to you. If neither happens, please drop us a mail and we’ll help you further.
I would like to receive an Invoice for my order. How can I get that?
Each Shipment which will be delivered to you will have an invoice copy inside the package. However, in the event that a shipment does not have an invoice copy, please write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com and we shall provide you the soft copy over mail .
Are the Products ordered from this website/app Genuine OWND! products?
Yes, this is the official website and App of OWND! . Products ordered from this platform will be catered by the brand itself.
Do you take orders over the phone?
We don’t have this facility of taking orders over the phone. Customer would have to place the order by logging in their account. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.
Is there a limit to a single order value?
We encourage prepaid payments as they are hassle free and contactless. However, if you wish to opt for COD Payments, there is a limit on COD order value, wherein we only accept COD Mode for Orders ranging INR 500 TO INR 5000. Considering the cash handling efforts put in by our delivery partners , we also levy a COD Charge of INR 25 / Order
How are orders placed on OWND! delivered to me?
Once the order is placed, OWND! ships the order through one of its various courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an SMS informing you the details of courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment. We shall also send a tracking link for real-time updates on your shipment.
Payments
My Payment is showing as failed, what can I do?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry after 5 minutes, after ensuring correct banking/wallet credentials are used. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 2-5 business days. For any further clarification, you can drop us an email on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com or contact your Bank/Wallet Partner directly.
Can I make a credit/debit card or internet banking payment on OWND! through my mobile?
Yes. You can make payment through the mobile site of OWND!. The mobile site too uses trusted payment gateways which keep your card information secured and protected.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on OWND! ?
All credit card and debit card payments on OWND! are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. The brand does not store or capture any credit card or net banking related information. 3D Secure password service is used by banks for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on OWND! ?
There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that. Shipping charges, COD Handling Charges may be applicable as per order value which shall be visible in the final check out page before payment.
How do I pay for a OWND! purchase?
The payment options we support are:

Returns & Refunds
Till when can I place returns for my orders placed with OWND!?
For Eligible Products , Our return window is 7 days from Date of Delivery .
If I place a COD order and want to return, can I get the refund in my Bank A/c?
Yes in case you have placed a COD Order and want to return it , the applicable refund value can be routed back through UPI/ In Your Bank A/C.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds would be initiated once item is picked up post quality check by our logistic provider. The refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of successful pick up. For prepaid orders, the actual credit in your source account may take 3-5 business days as per the bank used for payment. For COD orders the refund amount is processed back to your bank A/C via UPI / Bank Transfers.
If you choose self ship option, the refund will be initiated once the item reaches our WH and clears the quality check.
Is there any return fee which is applicable ?
Returns Handling requires additional careful efforts at our Return Partners end and to support the same , we do levy a Return charge of INR 49 .
How does this return fee get charged from me ?
When the refund value of your order gets processed , we deduct this fee and then credit the remaining balance to your account.
I created a return request but when the pick-up person came, why did the partner reject to pick up the product?
As a process, our pick up partners check the following parameters to ensure correct pick up of products- MRP Tag being intact, original brand product being returned, Colour, Product should not be used, Product Description, EAN Code. Therefore, if the quality check would have failed on any of these criteria, the pick-up would have been rejected. In case maximum attempts have been made by our logistics partner, return will be marked as failed.
However, in the event you find all quality check parameters are satisfied by the product and yet has been refused for pick up, we request you to write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com or call on 1800-833-9688
I have placed a return pick up request and my request has got cancelled without any information?
In the unlikely event that your return pick up request gets cancelled without any intimation, kindly write to us on on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com or call on 1800-833-9688. In the meantime, we request you to kindly visit the ‘My orders’ section under ‘My Account’ and re generate a return request.
I have created a return, When will the product be picked up ?
Once you have initiated the process for a pick up, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step. This may take 3 - 5 working days for the pick up from our logistics partner. They would in turn get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact in an unseal packet. Mention the forward/ return order number. In case of multiple return requests, please ensure you hand over the correct product to the correct courier partner for successful refund processing. In case of any wrong handover, OWND! will not be responsible for the refund.

Can I return a personal hygiene product like Lingerie, briefs, boxers and Masks?
We do not accept returns for these intimate product categories due to hygiene concerns. However, in an unlikely event, if you receive a product colour/pattern/design different from the one you ordered , please write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com or call on 1800-833-9688
What are the modes of refund available?
OWND! provides refunds in 2 different forms:
Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking: For Orders placed with Credit Card, Debit Cards, UPI or Net Banking, the refunds will be done through payment gateway to the account / card / wallet from which the original payment was made. The refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours of items being picked up by our logistics provider. It typically takes 3 to 5 days for refunds to reflect in to your account which is completely dependent on your bank.
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) : the refund amount will be credited to your Bank A/c via UPIs / Transfers which are provided at time of return placement by you. The refund typically is done within 24 to 48 hours.
Please note, the refund amount will exclude the shipping charges if paid during the purchase.
Can I return the product to the delivery person if I did not like it?
Unfortunately, we do not have provision for this. If you do not like a product, you may initiate a return against it and the product will duly get picked up from your mentioned address.

I would like to ship the return by myself to OWND!
We have logistic partners who would pick up the product from your door step and return it back to us. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. If you choose to self-ship the products, kindly address the package to the address mentioned on your shipment. If you have any doubts on the same, kindly contact customer care to know which products are to be sent to which locations.
When are returns not possible?
When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.
Return needs to be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery .
Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
The tags of the items should be intact and not removed.
Essential product categories such as innerwear, masks are non-returnable categories due to hygiene reasons.
Can product purchased from OWND! be returned at store ?
Products purchased on OWND! cannot be returned at any store. We are working on this feature. Until then, please initiate the returns online only.
How do I initiate return on OWND! ?
Returns can be initiated online by logging into your ownd.in account, navigate to “My Orders” section, select your online order and click on returns.

My area is non serviceable to return, how do I return my order ?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don't worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by shipping it to us.

Where should I self-ship the returns?
In case you pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by shipping it to us.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
Please contact our customer support team in case you want to cancel the reverse pick up of your item. If the item is already picked up by the Logistics Service Provider from your door step, we would not be able to cancel the return. We are actively trying to create this for you.

Where can I track my Order?
You can track a particular order by visiting the ‘My Orders’ section under ‘My Account’. Alternatively, you could use the link https://www.ownd.in/account to track your order.
Would I receive all products in the order together?
We always attempt to deliver all products together, however, items in your order, may not be available at a single near location and may be shipped from different locations to optimise the time of delivery. Hence, you might receive your order in multiple shipments.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time varies from cities to cities. Typically it takes 3 – 5 days for all metros & Tier 1 cities. Certain tier 2 & 3 cities may take 5 to 7 days. Some cities in North East India & J&K etc. may take a delivery period of 7 to 10 days.
A part of my product/ a product is missing from my Shipment, whereas the Invoice Shows the correct billed amount. Will I get the missing part/product or refund?
In case a part of your product is missing from the shipment, we request you to kindly capture a couple of images and raise it to us over an email, within 24 hours of delivery, on , stating the problem faced. We shall investigate and get back to you.
In case a complete product is missing from the shipment, we request you to kindly raise it to us over an email on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com, stating your concerns. We shall be happy to help you.
I have received an unbranded/dirty product which is different from what I ordered. What should I do?
In the unfortunate event that you receive an unbranded or dirty product, kindly capture some images for our swift action and kindly write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com, with the attached images .
I got an email/SMS saying the product is delivered, but I haven’t received any delivery. What should I do?
Sometimes, the delivery partner hands over the order to the entry security guard of your society in case you’re not available. Please check if the delivery is made to them. In case it is not, please write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com and we’ll investigate & resolve the issue with our logistics partner.
I did not receive any call / SMS from Delivery Agent and my order was marked as ‘Return to origin’. What do I do?
In the event that you do not receive any intimation of a delivery and its marked as ‘return to origin’, kindly write to us at ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com , or call on 1800-833-9688
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
We understand that you may be unavailable at your delivery address, at the time of delivery attempt, and that is exactly why before attempting a delivery, you will receive a call/SMS to notify you on upcoming delivery. However, in case you are unavailable, two additional attempts will be made to deliver to you. In all, we make 3 attempts to deliver your products, post which the shipment is returned back to us by courier partner. Irrespective, in the event that you observe that the delivery attempt is missed and you are unable to contact the delivery partner, please reach out to us at ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com and we shall try to get the same routed to you.
I have received a tampered/torn packaging. This looks like it was opened in transit, what should I do?
In an unlikely event if you receive a torn/tampered packaging, we urge you to kindly reject the delivery and write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com , and we shall help you.
However, if you have accepted the shipment and sense tampering/ mismatches in products delivered, we request you to kindly record a video while unpacking and also capture a couple of images for us to swiftly act. Please share the same on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com and we shall investigate and help you with regards to it .
After placing an order, by when can I expect it to be dispatched?
We generally dispatch an order within 24-36 hours of order receipt. However, in a rare instance, we may face stock outs at the first location, where your order is allocated and hence we strive to serve it through other locations. In such scenarios, the dispatch might get delayed beyond 36 hours and get dispatched within 72-96 hours. In all such delay situations, we will keep you updated via SMS.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
‘My Account’ would provide you with complete information of your order including the status. In ‘My Account’, you could click on ‘My Orders’ to get the complete details of your order.Alternatively, you could use the link https://www.ownd.in/account to track your order.
I want to change the Delivery Address of my order, but my order is already confirmed. What can I do?
Currently we do not provide the option to change the delivery address after an order confirmation. Alternatively, we provide an option to cancel an order within 30 minutes of order placement. Therefore, we request you to visit the ‘My Orders’ section to cancel the order, and re-place a fresh order with the delivery address of your choice. In case your order has crossed its 30 minute timeline, and you are unable to cancel, we request you to write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com or call on 1800-833-9688
How can I make a UPI Payment to Delivery Partner in case of COD Orders?
In case you want to make a UPI Payment, you can ask for the QR code from the Delivery Partner. The devices of Delivery Partners will have a scannable QR which can be used to make a payment. Please do take care, while you scan the QR. The scan should not link you to an Individual’s Name. It should link to a Courier Partner Name like – XpressBees, Bluedart, Delhivery.
Order cannot be shipped to my area. Why?
There are a few pin codes which are not yet serviceable by our courier partners. However, we are putting our efforts into adding more pin codes and hence would request you to check back after a few days. Certain pincodes may not be serviceable due to government restrictions put on ecommerce in your area. However, we would love to serve you and if you find any product unserviceable to your desired pincode , please write to us on ownd.support@abfrl.adityabirla.com , with the link of the product you wish to purchase , our team will reach out to you and try to arrange any alternate mechanism to get your loved product to you.
What are the shipping charges?
For orders where amount payable is below Rs.1999 , a shipping charge of Rs.99 will be applicable to all orders. The charges will be waived off for the orders amounting to Rs.1999 and above.
Do you levy any more charges?
We work with multiple delivery partners and cash handling is a challenging exrercise for our partners. In order to support the same we do levy a cash handling charge of Rs. 25 on orders placed using COD as a payment mechanism.
Can I check the product before accepting the delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer open delivery, and you cannot check the product before accepting it. However, in case you do not like the product, you always can return the product back as per our return policy.
Can I send an order to a friend or relative using my personal OWND! Account? What do I need to do?
Yes, you can place an order for a friend or relative using your OWND! Account. All you need to do is, click on the ‘My Account’ icon, and add the receiver’s address & details in the ‘Addresses’ tab. Then, while confirming the order kindly choose the ‘Shipping Address’ as the one to which you want to send the product. Though we currently, do not provide gift wrapping facilities, however we would be happy to be part of your celebrations .
If I have opted for a COD mechanism, can I check my order before making payment?
Unfortunately, we do not offer open deliveries, irrespective of payment methods and you cannot check the product before accepting it. The Delivery Partner will be taking the payment for the shipment as mentioned on the package. However, in case you do not like the product, you always can return the product back as per our return policy.
How does the delivery process work?
OWND! uses reputed logistics provider/partner to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it you.
Do you deliver Internationally?
Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.
